Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. Superb blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers? I'm planning to start my own website soon but I'm a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I'm totally overwhelmed .. Any suggestions? Bless you! Good times for nsw north coast real estate."
Linda Dickey, the director of the Narrows Development Association, says the building boom is helping to ensure development in the north is a success.
"We had this wave of growth and the economy is booming because that's how you make it," she says.
"The boom of houses, the boom of the city as people start to build their homes – that's a lot more attractive than an average family just driving across the highway to buy something from Wal-Mart and then going home."
The boom is in part because the north is emerging as a city of development opportunities – particularly with commercial corridors such as the Yarra River and the Sydney Olympic Park becoming increasingly popular with developers.
"It's not all sunshine and rainbows here," she adds. "I think the thing that's been a great asset for us is the development of public transport and public transport lines that are connected to each other."
Linda Dickey says a new wave of development was born around the city in the past decade.
"We have a real opportunity in the north now that a lot of other regions around the country and world have been focusing on.
"We've taken a lot of the growth we have seen through our metro areas and made it more of a destination town.
"So there's been a lot of opportunities and our population will continue to grow in the region.
"But my experience on the north-west coast has been one of a lot of people just finding work in the north."
There are more than 200 projects under way around the city's industrial hubs now.
While the housing boom and development have encouraged people to stay in Sydney, they have also pushed the number of unemployed out west.
The region has also enjoyed a healthy rise in the number of people with employment, with 898,000 employed in NSW, a rise of 4.6 per cent from July 2016 to June this year.
And although the number of people unemployed in the capital has dropped from about 1.3 million to 1.2 million, it remains high in Sydney with 16.6 per cent of the workforce being unemployed, compared to 13.5 per cent in the same period in 2015.
The trend is also mirrored nationally with the number of people unemployed in the region also declining for the second consecutive year.
Overall unemployment rate for NSW remained between 14 per cent and 16 per cent on a 5.6 per cent year-on-year basis between July 2016 and June this year, which falls into the normal range of unemployment between 13.5 per cent and 15 per cent.
Despite it's low jobless rate, Sydney has a long history of housin

Nsw may consider easing donation rules – and the costs of doing so – to encourage donations to the club, rather than the other way around.
The idea was first mooted by former A-League player Paul Okon, who said a minimum threshold of $12,750 for players was too restrictive.
"So let's make it more accessible," Okon said.
"Let's make it a $4,000 donation to the league, just for it. You know it doesn't cost you much to donate to the A-League, but how much less do you spend on games?
"But the fact the clubs don't come up with better ways to finance themselves and the players, I think is something we should consider."
Nsw's decision to expand the salary cap also coincides with the arrival of a raft of new top-end players, with midfielder Nick Vlastuin joining from Melbourne Victory and centre-back Josh King joining from Brisbane Roar on loan.
The Swans hope the arrival of these and the likes of Vlastuin will help them fend off the competition's elite and maintain top-flight status with a little help from new clubs like Newcastle Jets.
The Club can now also increase its A-League broadcast sponsorship as the first step towards a new television deal.

With the Swans having received $14 million from a commercial sponsor since 2012, and having been in business for 16 years, the club has already committed $12 million for a television deal.
As part of the new TV deal, the club will be able to sell the rights to live football matches over six years at a cost of around $10 million a season.
"We are now looking into the new rights deal and the commercial business models we can support," Richardson said.
"It's definitely something we've been thinking about.
"We're currently looking at ways we can support the Swans' commercial agenda in the future as it's really just about getting a good deal for the game."
Richardson also revealed the Swans had been in discussions about a new broadcast deal.
"That is a huge deal. At present we cannot take the mon
